Mindy Latteier, MFT-A
Welcome:
Do you want to live more wholeheartedly? Do you want to improve your relationship with yourself and others? YOU CAN, and I would love to walk alongside you as you do.
Living life on life’s terms can be challenging at times, and everyone has times when they feel stuck, anxious, or hopeless. However, you can develop what it takes to face the challenges and even experience peace and joy along the way. Together, we can navigate the journey toward growth and healing.
When you are ready, I am here for you!
Bio:
I am a mom of 2 young adults and 1 teenager. I love hiking, biking, and connecting with people in my community. I graduated with honors from the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Capella University. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, relational issues, attachment issues, phase of life issues, and grief. I completed post-graduate training in the Gottman Method, EMDR, and Discernment Counseling (for couples on the brink of divorce).
I believe in the inherent goodness and capability of humanity. I believe everyone has unique strengths and limitations, and achieving peace in our lives requires us to embrace both. We can learn to love others in their imperfections as we embrace our own; without tolerating abuse or causing harm. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and families.
